Acceptable Use Policy

Maintained by Construction OS Digital Technologies LTD. This document is informational and does not replace a signed Master Service Agreement.

Last updated: 11 July 2026Contact: oracle@inifye.tech

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of the Construction OS platform (the “Service”) and forms part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

1. Prohibited content

You will not upload, store or transmit content that:

  • infringes any intellectual property, privacy or publicity right;
  • is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or exploits minors;
  • contains malware, ransomware, worms, or other malicious code;
  • contains sensitive categories of personal data (health, biometric, government identifiers) unless you have a lawful basis and have notified Construction OS in writing;
  • violates export controls or trade sanctions.

2. Prohibited activities

You will not:

  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach any security or authentication measure, except through our Vulnerability Disclosure programme;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service;
  • circumvent rate limits, quotas, workspace isolation, or role-based access controls;
  • use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam), phishing, or fraudulent messages;
  • resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties as a service bureau without a written agreement;
  • use the Service to build a competing product or to benchmark it for publication without our written consent;
  • submit automated queries or scrape at a rate that materially degrades the Service for other users.

3. AI features

Where you use AI-assisted features, you remain responsible for the content you submit and for validating AI outputs before relying on them. Do not submit content whose disclosure to an AI provider would breach law or a third-party confidentiality obligation.

4. Reporting abuse

To report a suspected violation of this AUP, email oracle@inifye.tech with the workspace URL (if known), the nature of the concern, and any evidence.

5. Enforcement

Construction OS may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action including warning, throttling, content removal, suspension, or termination. For imminent risk to the Service, other users, or third parties, Construction OS may act without prior notice.
